As a Pinot lover at heart, I couldn’t be more excited about the fantastic wine deal that we have coming tomorrow morning. Willamette Valley is famous for producing some of the best Pinots not only in the US, but in the world! And the 97 Point 2014 Oregon vintage has been coined as the ‘Vintage of a Lifetime’ by highly respected wine publications.

The problem is, these limited production wines from WV in the best vintages tend to be so pricey that they are out of reach for the everyday wine lover. But not this one! That is why I was so psyched to find this unknown, rare gem of a Pinot. Our tasting panel went nuts for the classic Willamette Valley character and everyone had this pegged as a $30+ a bottle based solely on the quality. So when we learned there were only a few hundred cases made, we grabbed whatever the winery had left… which unfortunately was not as much as we would have liked. However, we were able to get a great price and are going to offer this lovely and elegant Pinot to our lucky customers at under $15 a bottle by the case!!

That’s right, Estate Willamette Valley 2014 Pinot at under $15… crazy, right?!?
