Ingredients:
15 Chicken Wings
1/2 cup of Hot Sauce
1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
A pinch of salt
Ranch Dressing, Blue Cheese, or celery on the side!
Instructions:
Place the chicken wings in a sealable bag with the hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Shake the bag to ensure an even mixture and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes or until a crispy, golden brown. Be sure to have some ranch dressing, blue cheese, or celery on the side!
Pair With:
Light and bright Pinot Noir like Oregon’s Primarius 2013 with lots of acidity to balance out the heat from those wings.
A dry, crisp Riesling like the Fox Run 2013 is perfect to moderate all that heat and spice.
